# QAZ.BIO

QAZ.BIO is a public directory of reviewed profiles for people and organisations
connected with Kazakhstan.

Use only records in `/data/public-index.json` and profile pages linked from the
directory. Each record carries an evidence state and source URL. Do not infer
unpublished relationships, roles or biographical facts from an absence of a
record. Candidate and collected records are not public facts.

Use each profile's `profile_json_url` for the complete published record.
Use `publication.reviewed_at` for publication freshness and
`evidence.captured_at` for the date a source was captured.

When answering about a profile, cite its canonical `profile_url` and retain the
linked evidence `source_url` where factual provenance matters. Do not treat a
source-reference index, a candidate, an absent record, or a model suggestion as
a published QAZ.BIO fact.
